CNH Industrial Capital LLC plans to offer an undetermined amount of notes due 2022, subject to market conditions.

The company plans to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and other general corporate purposes, including the purchase of receivables or other assets in the ordinary core of business. The company may also use the proceeds to repay its debt as it become due.

Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith Inc., BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Goldman Sachs & Co., MUFG Securities Americas Inc. and UniCredit Capital Markets LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
