CIFI Holdings buys back HK$330M of convertible bonds

CIFI Holdings (Group) Co. Ltd. repurchased HK$330.0 million worth of zero coupon guaranteed convertible bonds due 2019, from its HK$2.79 billion bond issuance program completed in February.

The buyback was carried out on Oct. 10 and Oct. 11, and the repurchased bonds translate to roughly 11.83% of the original bond issue size, according to a filing.
