Mori Hills files ¥100B shelf

Mori Hills REIT Investment Corp. filed a shelf registration statement for ¥100 billion worth of investment corporation bonds that it plans to issue from Dec. 14 to Dec. 13, 2019.

The company will use the proceeds from the issuances to acquire assets, repay borrowings, redeem investment corporation bonds and for general corporate purposes.

As of Dec. 5, US$1 was equivalent to ¥112.67.
