Bank of China Ltd.'s Macau branch issued senior unsecured notes under its US$40 billion medium-term note program, Fitch Ratings said Oct. 11.
The Macau branch issued 2 billion yuan of 3.15% notes due 2021, US$350 million floating-rate notes due 2022 and €300 million zero percent notes due 2021.
The bank will use the issuance's proceeds for general corporate purposes.
As of Oct. 11, US$1 was equivalent to 7.09 Chinese yuan.
