Chile's Cruz Blanca to increase capital by 2.5B pesos

Cruz Blanca Compania de Seguros de Vida SA shareholders March 31 agreed to increase the company's capital by 2.5 billion Chilean pesos through the issuance of 3.13 million ordinary shares, according to a regulatory filing.

The shareholders also agreed to not pay a dividend for 2016.

As of April 3, US$1 was equivalent to 656.50 Chilean pesos.
