Main Street Bank CEO retiring

Marlborough, Mass.-based Main Street Bank CEO Rick Bennett announced his retirement, effective Dec. 31, 2018.

He will be replaced by Wally Dwyer, effective Jan. 1, 2019.

Dwyer most recently was president and CEO of Ayer, Mass.-based North Middlesex Savings Bank, before it merged with Marlborough Savings Bank, now known as Main Street Bank, a unit of Marlborough Bancshares MHC.
