Kiatnakin Bank PCL lowered its proposed final dividend for the 2017 full year.
The bank said its board proposed a final dividend of 3 Thai baht per share for 2017, compared to 4 baht per share for 2016. Subject to shareholder approval, the final dividend will be paid May 21 to shareholders of record as of May 3.
Including an interim dividend of 2 baht per share, the bank's total dividend for 2017 dropped to 5 baht per share from 6 baht per share for 2016.
As of Feb. 21, US$1 was equivalent to 31.50 Thai baht.
