Encavis acquires 81-MW wind portfolio in Denmark

German power producer Encavis AG acquired eight wind parks in Denmark with a combined capacity of 81 MW, the company announced Dec. 13.

The wind parks can produce about 214,000 MWh annually, enough to supply electricity for over 50,000 households.

The portfolio has an enterprise value of about €108 million, with an equity share of roughly €52 million. The seller is Energi Danmark A/S.
