Reliance Capital issues nonconvertible debentures

India-based Reliance Capital Ltd. issued nonconvertible debentures with a market-linked coupon.

The company said Jan. 31 it issued 50 million rupees worth of debentures with an oversubscription offer of up to 50 million rupees.

The debentures will mature May 29, 2020, and will be listed on the wholesale debt market segment of the Bombay Stock Exchange.

As of Jan. 31, US$1 was equivalent to 67.48 Indian rupees.
