BBVA issues €1.25B in international bonds

Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA issued €1.25 billion in international bonds, Cbonds reported.

The fixed-rate notes carry a 0.5% coupon and mature Jan. 14, 2027.

BBVA, Citigroup, Commerzbank, Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Credit Suisse and Royal Bank of Scotland acted as book runners on the issuance.
