Consumer products maker Newell Brands Inc. said March 1 that Ros L'Esperance has resigned from the board of directors, effective immediately.
L'Esperance was previously a director of Jarden Corp., another consumer products company. She was moved to the Newell board along with former directors Martin Franklin and Ian Ashken when the company acquired Jarden in 2016.
Newell — which offers products under a range of brands including Rubbermaid, Sharpie and Graco — recently appointed James Craigie and Debra Crew as independent directors.
