Report: New York REIT to sell 2 NYC office assets to Columbia Property for $515M

New York REIT, which is in the process of liquidating, is set to sell two office properties in Manhattan, N.Y.'s Chelsea neighborhood to Columbia Property Trust Inc. for approximately $515 million, The Real Deal reported.

The properties include the 12-story building at 245 W. 17th St. and the building at 218-220 W. 18th St.

New York REIT was marketing the properties, along with its two other New York City office assets, as part of its $2.8 billion liquidation.
