J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc. bought Alexandria, a downtown Seattle building leased by Amazon.com Inc., from Chicago-based Heitman America for about $206.3 million, the Puget Sound Business Journal reported, citing the sales affidavit.

Amazon leases 200,000 square feet across floors five through 16 of the 312,700-square-foot building, while Regence BlueShield occupies floors two through five, the publication added. The property traded for $76.5 million in 2011 and for $150.4 million in 2013.
