L.P.N. Development, partners to launch 3.5B-baht retirement village in Thailand

L.P.N. Development Plc, in a partnership with three other Thai developers, is planning to launch a 3.50 billion baht luxury senior living village in Phuket, Thailand.

Upon its completion, the company's Kamala Senior Living joint development venture with Nye Estate Co. Ltd., Chewathai Plc and CH. Karnchang Plc will be managed and operated by Otium Living Pte. Ltd.

The proposed village, located within the 450-rai MontAzure Phuket resort and residential community, comprises 200 condominium units and 30 villas. The village will feature medical care facilities, a clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool and business center.

As of Sept. 13, US$1 was equivalent to 33.13 Thai baht.
