Iron Mountain's Crozier Fine Arts to buy Artex Fine Art Services

Iron Mountain Inc.'s art-storage unit Crozier Fine Arts Inc. acquired Artex Fine Art Services.

The purchase includes all Artex customer relationships and five facilities in Washington, D.C.; New York; Boston; Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; and Los Angeles, as well as more than 160,000 square feet of space.

Artex CEO John Jacobs will join Crozier's leadership team. Additionally, Tom Hale, global commercial director of Lisson Gallery in New York and London, was appointed senior vice president and general manager of Crozier.
