LICT looking for new CEO

LICT Corp. has initiated a search for a new CEO.

The company is looking to hire a person who can accelerate its broadband operations, the company said March 28. Mario Joseph Gabelli, the company's chairman, CEO and president, will continue to serve as executive chairman of the company.

The company will also be raising its guidance for 2018's revenues and EBITDA from operations, including affiliates, to $110 million and $50 million from $109 million and $49 million, respectively. The board has not yet decided to continue its shareholder designated charitable contribution program.

LICT, together with its subsidiaries, is an integrated provider of broadband and voice services.
