Freddie Mac prices $1B offering of structured pass-through certificates

Freddie Mac has priced a $1 billion offering of structured pass-through certificates.

The K certificates, which are multifamily mortgage-backed securities, are expected to settle around Sept. 17.

The K-F50 certificates are backed by corresponding classes issued by the FREMF 2018-KF50 Mortgage Trust and guaranteed by Freddie Mac. The trust will also issue class B, C and R certificates, which Freddie Mac will not guarantee.

Wells Fargo Securities LLC and Barclays Capital Inc. are co-lead managers and joint book runners. Amherst Pierpont Securities LLC, Brean Capital LLC, Jefferies LLC and Samuel A. Ramirez & Co. Inc. are acting as co-managers.
