BlackRock Capital Investment amends revolving credit facility

BlackRock Capital Investment Corp. on Aug. 30 amended a senior secured revolving credit agreement.

The amendment permanently reduced the aggregate amount of the multicurrency commitments under the revolving credit facility to $340 million from $400 million.

Additionally, the minimum amount of shareholders' equity required under the facility was lowered to $375 million, plus 25% of the net proceeds of the sale of equity interests by the company and its subsidiaries. The minimum amount of shareholders' equity required under the facility was previously $450 million, plus 25% of the net proceeds of the sale of equity interests.
