AccorHotels launches up to €350M share buyback program

Paris-based hotelier AccorHotels launched a buyback program for up to €350 million of its shares.

The buyback program, which forms the first tranche of the company's proposed repurchase of up to €1.35 billion of shares, will begin July 30 and run through Jan. 31, 2019.

AccorHotels noted that it will suspend the execution of its liquidity agreement for the duration of the buyback program.
