Bohai Capital to issue up to 2B yuan of bonds

Bohai Capital Holding Co. Ltd. plans to issue up to 2 billion yuan of bonds to qualified investors.

The three-year notes were priced with a coupon of 7% per year, according to a Sept. 10 release.

The bonds will issued between Sept. 10 and Sept. 11. They may also be repurchased by the company after two years.

As of Sept. 7, US$1 was equivalent to 6.84 Chinese yuan.
