NNB Intressenter names new CEO for Nordnet

NNB Intressenter AB named Peter Dahlgren CEO of Nordnet AB (publ), it said Feb. 1.

Dahlgren — who had served since 2016 as head of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB's life and investment division — will replace Håkan Nyberg during the spring. He joined SEB in 2008 and was a member of the group's executive committee.

NNB Intressenter is a vehicle formed by Nordnet majority shareholders Öhman Group and Nordic Capital Fund VIII to take the online lender private. The vehicle owns and controls 93.37% of Nordnet's votes and capital after the conclusion of a cash offer in January.

Nordnet is scheduled to conduct an extraordinary general meeting Feb. 21 to elect a new board of directors and to confirm Dahlgren's appointment.
