IAC mulls spinning off Match Group, ANGI stakes

IAC/InterActiveCorp is considering spinning off its stakes in Match Group Inc. and ANGI Homeservices Inc. to its shareholders.

Match Group owns dating apps Match and Tinder, while ANGI owns the Angie's List home services website.

The company, however, said it has yet to make a decision on the details of a spinoff, or whether it will pursue such a transaction.

IAC recently backed Turo Inc., a peer-to-peer car-sharing marketplace, with a $250 million investment.
