Houlihan Lokey appoints 2 managing directors in Europe

Los Angeles-based investment banking firm Houlihan Lokey Inc. appointed two managing directors to the firm's European financial sponsors group.

Ann Sharkey and Christian Keller join the firm in London and Frankfurt, Germany, respectively.

Keller joins Houlihan from HSBC Holdings PLC, where he was the managing director and head of leveraged and acquisition finance in Germany. At Houlihan, he will be responsible for the German, Austrian and Swiss region.

Sharkey, who will focus on hedge funds, alternative investors and financial institutions, most recently worked as an investment consultant to real estate funds and private equity funds.
