Spanish real estate investment trust Lar España Real Estate SOCIMI SA will seek approval for the distribution of a 49 euro-cent-per-share dividend for full-year 2017 at its next general shareholder meeting.

The proposed per-share dividend is 48% higher than what was paid out in 2016, carrying a yield of 5%, the company said in a release. The total distribution will amount to €45 million.
