Getty Realty increases quarterly dividend 6%

Getty Realty Corp.'s board raised the company's regular quarterly cash dividend by 6% to 37 cents per common share.

The single-tenant real estate investment trust will pay the dividend Jan. 9, 2020, to shareholders of record as of Dec. 26.

The REIT, in reporting its third-quarter results, said it bought fee-simple interests in five convenience stores and gasoline stations and other automotive-related assets for $13.6 million.

Subsequent to Sept. 30, the company acquired fee-simple interests in two properties for $6.2 million.
