Hufvudstaden's new business area head to take on CEO mantle at subsidiary

Hufvudstaden AB appointed Henrik Andréasson as its new NK Business Area head, replacing acting head Bo Wikare, who will resume his full-time position as head of business development at the Stockholm-based office and retail property specialist.

Along with the NK Business Area head position, Andréasson will also become a member of the company's executive management team, with both appointments to commence by Aug. 6.

Andréasson was also elected as the new CEO of Hufvudstaden unit AB Nordiska Kompaniet, a leasing services provider headquartered in Stockholm, according to a release.

He is currently serving as global retail development director at Fiskars and previously worked at Björn Borg and supermarket giant Lidl.
