CBRE expects over S$175M from sale of Singapore bungalow

CBRE Group Inc. expects to receive offers of at least S$175 million for its recently launched public tender for the two-story bungalow at 40 Nassim Rd. in Singapore.

The property with a total floor area of about 13,839 square feet occupies a land spanning approximately 58,784 square feet. It features an entrance hall, a living room, a dining room, four en-suite bedrooms, an internal landscaped courtyard with a pond, a helper's room, a garden, as well as a car porch and garage that can accommodate seven cars.

The bungalow will remain on offer until Nov. 14, the marketing agent added.

As of Oct. 16, US$1 was equivalent to S$1.37.
