Monroe Capital execs increase common shareholdings

Monroe Capital Corp. said that its officers and directors and Monroe Capital Management Advisors LLC's senior management purchased more than 45,650 of its common shares.

Monroe Capital CEO Theodore Koenig and CFO Aaron Peck collectively increased their stakes by 15,200 common shares, while independent directors Thomas Allison and Robert Rubin increased their holdings by 7,700 common shares.

The senior management of Monroe Capital Management Advisors upped their shareholdings by around 22,750 common shares.
