Saturn Metals Ltd. has started diamond drilling at its wholly owned Apollo Hill gold project in Western Australia to follow up on reverse circulation drilling started in March.
The reverse circulation program returned results including 20 meters at 2.5 g/t gold from 52 meters and 8 meters at 3.3 g/t gold from 16 meters.
The diamond drilling program will comprise about 1,200 meters of drilling in nine holes and focus on identifying additional mineralization.
The program is estimated to complete in two to three weeks, the company said May 30. A resource upgrade for the project is expected in the middle of or late this year.
