Finnvera Oyj issued a 15-year €1 billion bond under its euro medium-term note program.
The Finnish state-owned financing firm said March 8 that the bond's July 2033 maturity represents its longest bond issue to date, adding that it will use the funds for financing export credits and the domestic small- to medium-enterprise sector. Subscriptions for the issuance reached €1.3 billion with roughly 50 investors, with the greatest demand from Germany and France.
Crédit Agricole CIB, Danske Bank, Deutsche Bank and Nordea acted as lead managers on the issuance.
