The companyalso said it named Patricia Zawisny financial officer, responsible for financialmanagement support.

Beforejoining Park Madison Partners, Lee founded Probity Investors, a boutique real estateinvestment advisory firm that worked with private equity funds, operating partnersand developers. Zawisny joins from Park Sutton Advisors, where she was an investmentbanking analyst.

Bothhires are new positions and will be based in the company's New York headquarters.
