DDR director to not stand for re-election

Robert Gidel informed DDR Corp. that he does not plan to stand for re-election as a director of the board at the company's 2018 annual meeting of shareholders, slated for May 8.

The departure was not due to any disagreement with the company, which owns shopping centers, according to a filing. He has been a member of DDR's board since 2000.
