Southwest Gas amends credit agreement

Southwest Gas Corp. amended its revolving credit agreement, increasing it to $400 million from $300 million and extending the expiration date to March 28, 2022, from March 25, 2021.

TD Bank NA also became a lender under the revolver.

The company will use proceeds from any of the loans under the credit agreement to repay amounts outstanding under the revolver dated April 6, 2005, to fund fees and expenses associated with this agreement and for general corporate purposes.

The Bank of New York Mellon is acting as administrative agent. It is also, along with Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith Inc. and JPMorgan Chase Bank NA, acting as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners. JPMorgan Chase Bank along with Bank of America NA are acting as co-syndication agents, while MUFG Union Bank NA and KeyBank National Association are acting as co-documentation agents.
