Corporación Financiera de Desarrollo SA, or Cofide, said that demand for its sustainable bond issuance reached nearly twice the offering's size.
The Peruvian company on Oct. 24 sold 100 million soles of the 3-year bonds, which carry a fixed rate at 3.78125%. Demand for the offering reached 193.4 million soles, the company said in a filing.
Interest will be paid every six months, and the bonds mature Oct. 25, 2022.
As of Oct. 23, US$1 was equivalent to 3.35 Peruvian soles.
