Aozora Bank to raise ¥13B in bond issue

Aozora Bank Ltd. plans to raise ¥13 billion by issuing unsecured bonds in two tranches.

The Japanese bank will issue ¥10 billion of three-year bonds with an annual coupon of 0.100%, and ¥3 billion of five-year bonds with an annual coupon of 0.190%.

The payment dates are June 8 and Dec. 8 of each year.

Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities Co. Ltd., Aozora Securities Co. Ltd., Mizuho Securities Co. Ltd., Daiwa Securities Co. Ltd., SMBC Nikko Securities Inc., Nomura Securities Co. Ltd., Okasan Securities Co. Ltd. and Tokai Tokyo Securities Co. Ltd. are the underwriters of the deal.
