DDM Holding finalizes acquisition of Croatian distressed asset portfolio

Switzerland-based DDM Holding AG said it finalized the acquisition of a distressed asset portfolio in Croatia from UniCredit SpA after securing approval from the Croatian central bank.

The gross collection value of the portfolio, which consists of secured and unsecured consumer and corporate receivables, is about €200 million.

The deal was financed via cash and drawing rights under the bank facility.
