Dexia unit sells £500M of international bonds

France-based bank Dexia Crédit Local SA issued £500.0 million of international bonds, Cbonds reported.

The notes, which are due Dec. 8, 2023, carry a coupon of 1.625%.

Deutsche Bank, HSBC and RBS served as book runners on the deal.

Dexia Crédit Local is a unit of Dexia SA.
