Sherpa Capital buys majority stake in Spanish coworking firm

Spanish private equity firm Sherpa Capital purchased a majority stake in local coworking space operator Busining for an undisclosed sum.

The seller's adviser, Haya Capital, will take a minority interest, Sherpa Capital said in a release. Busining founder Óscar García Toledo will retain a significant stake and remain general manager of the company.

Sherpa Capital will steer a more than €20 million strategy to grow Busining's number of workspace centers to 30, representing over 70,000 square meters throughout the Iberian region, from five.
