Australia's Fatfish Internet Group issues shares, options

Australia's Fatfish Internet Group Ltd. raised A$992,700 through the issuance of shares and options.

The tech venture investment and development company said in a June 25 release that it issued 33,089,999 ordinary shares at 3 Australian cents per share, and 33,089,999 unlisted options exercisable at 4.5 cents per share.

The options expire June 25, 2021.

The raised funds will go toward expanding the company's working capital, the APAC Crypto mining operations and the Epsilon Fund of Funds.
