Private equity firm Serent Capital acquired dental services company Senior Dental Care.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The acquisition is San Francisco-based Serent Capital's eighth investment in the healthcare sector, Senior Dental Care said in a news release.

Blountstown, Fla.-based Senior Dental Care provides dental plans for nursing homes.
