Report: Savanna selling Bronx, NY, waterfront building for $65M

Savanna Investment Management LLC is selling the Bruckner building in the Bronx, N.Y., to ZG Capital Partners for $65 million, The Real Deal reported, citing people familiar with the matter.

The sale of the 176,000-square-foot waterfront building at 2417 3rd Ave. is slated to close by the end of 2019, according to the report.

In 2015, Savanna and Hornig Capital Partners paid $30 million for the property which houses catering company Great Performances, among other tenants, the report noted.

Savanna did not respond to requests for comment sent by the news outlet, while Hornig Managing Partner Daren Hornig did not comment on the matter, as well as ZG Capital.
