Williams Partners prices $1.45B senior notes offering

Williams Partners LP priced its senior note offering of $1.45 billion of its 3.75% senior notes due 2027 at 99.949% of par, according to a May 31 news release.

The partnership intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general partnership purposes, including repayment of its $1.4 billion of 4.875% senior notes due 2023 or other outstanding debt.

The offering is expected to be settled June 5.

Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank Securities and RBC Capital Markets are acting as joint book-running managers.
