Stockland prioritizes first-time buyers in Sydney communities

Australia-based Stockland is giving 100 first home buyers priority to buy land and build a new home at its Western Sydney masterplanned communities from about A$650,000.

The initiative, called 100 homes in 100 days, makes 50% of land releases and completed properties at the company's communities available to first-time buyers within the next 100 days. The communities include Willowdale at Denham Court, Elara at Marsden Park and townhomes at Altrove.

The initiative has been launched at Stockland's Willowdale community.

As of March 31, US$1 was equivalent to A$1.31.
