Merrill Lynch adviser moves to Raymond James division

Jon Dayton, a San Francisco-based Merrill Lynch adviser managing $230 million in assets, moved to the Alex. Brown division of Raymond James Financial Inc., Investment News reported March 21.

Dayton was with Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith Inc. from 2002 to 2019, according to FINRA's BrokerCheck website. He is now with Raymond James & Associates Inc.
