Bio-Rad receives NYSE noncompliance notice for failing to file annual report

Bio-Rad Laboratories Inc. said it received a noncompliance notice from the New York Stock Exchange for failing to file its annual report on time.

The Hercules, Calif.-based life sciences company said the delay was caused by its accounting firm, which is still auditing its results for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2017.

The company has six months from the date the filing was originally due to submit its annual report. Once it files the report, it will regain compliance with the stock exchange's listing requirements.
