Greece's Attica Bank loses chairman

Panagiotis Roumeliotis resigned as chairman and a board member of Greece-based Attica Bank SA, having held the post since September 2016.

The lender said its board will meet March 18 to appoint Roumeliotis' replacement and to schedule a general meeting to elect a new board upon the request of EFKA pension fund, Attica Bank's biggest shareholder with an 18.11% stake, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data.
