Clarion Partners sells Kirkland, Wash., building for $53M

Clarion Partners LLC sold the four-story, 75,000-square-foot Lake Washington Park Building in Kirkland, Wash., for $53 million, the Puget Sound Business Journal reported, citing public records.

Monolithic Power Systems Inc. acquired the office building at 5808 Lake Washington Blvd. NE, which counts Tucows, Donuts Inc. and iSoftStone among its tenants.

The publication could not get a comment from Monolithic Power Systems officials on the matter.
