Anfield Energy Inc. said March 12 that it entered into a term sheet with General Atomics affiliate Cotter Corp. to acquire the advanced-stage Charlie uranium project in Wyoming.
The project comprises a 720-acre lease.
As consideration, Cotter will take a 10% stake in Anfield and will retain a 20% interest in all yellowcake production from the project.
Anfield will have access to the data from previous exploration activities, which will allow for rapid preparation of technical reports on the property.
