Urban&Civic logs higher dividend YOY

Urban&Civic plc's board proposed a final dividend for the year ended Sept. 30 of 2.0 pence per share, up from the payout of 1.8 pence per share for the same period of 2016.

The full-year dividend now stands at 3.2 pence per share, up 10.3% year over year, according to the earnings release.

The company's European Public Real Estate Association net asset value came in at £439.3 million as at Sept. 30, compared to £409.8 million a year earlier. EPRA NAV per share was 7.1% higher year over year at 304.4 pence.
