Japan Real Estate to borrow ¥5.5B to settle short-term loan

Office-focused real estate investment trust Japan Real Estate Investment Corp. will borrow ¥5.50 billion to repay a loan executed April 3, 2017, of the same amount.

Mizuho Bank Ltd. provided the loan at a rate of one-month JPY Tokyo Interbank Offered Rate plus 0.04%.

Interest payments will be paid monthly until the principal repayment date, which is April 3, 2019.

As of March 29, US$1 was equivalent to ¥106.34.
